CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. LATE POLICY: Each client has a grace period of ten minutes after the start time of their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be applied to the total cost of your appointment. If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your start time, your appointment will be canceled and it will be considered a same day cancellation.
